1 Introduction

Seeble ("we", "our", or "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information when you use the Seeble mobile application.

By using Seeble, you agree to the collection and use of information as described in this policy.

2 Information We Collect

2.1 Information You Provide

• Email address — used for account creation and authentication
• Name — used for your profile and personalization
• Phone number — used for your profile (optional)
• Profile photo — uploaded by you to personalize your account

2.2 Information We Process During App Use

• Palm image — captured locally on your device when using the Palm Reading feature. This image is processed temporarily to generate your reading and is NOT stored on our servers.
• Chat messages — messages you send in the Chat feature are sent to our servers so our team can prepare a response. Messages are not stored permanently beyond the current session.
• Astrological preferences — your zodiac sign, birth date, and compatibility preferences used to prepare your readings.
• Soul mate preferences — gender, age range, and ethnic background preferences used to select your soul mate image.

2.3 Automatically Collected Information

• App usage data — which features you use, to improve the app experience.
• Device information — operating system version and device type, for compatibility purposes.

2.4 Apple Health (HealthKit)

If you turn on Apple Health sync (off by default), Seeble writes the duration of your completed meditation, breathing, and Flow sessions to Apple Health as Mindful Minutes. This is write-only — the app does not read any data from Apple Health — and your health data stays on your device; it is never sent to our servers or shared with any third party. You can turn the sync off at any time in your profile.

We use the following third-party services to operate the app:

4.1 Supabase

We use Supabase (supabase.com) as our backend database and storage provider. Your profile data (email, name, phone, profile photo) is stored securely on Supabase servers.

4.2 Cloud processing providers

We rely on commercial cloud-processing providers to deliver chat responses and palm-reading content within reasonable response times. These providers receive only the data strictly required to fulfill your request (message text or palm image) and do not retain it for their own purposes.

• Your profile data is stored on Supabase servers with encryption in transit (TLS/HTTPS).
• Palm reading images are processed temporarily and are NOT stored on any server.
• Chat messages are processed in real time and are not permanently stored by us.
• We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your data.

• Access your personal data
• Correct inaccurate data through the Edit Profile screen
• Delete your account and all associated data through the "Delete My Account" option in the app
• Withdraw consent at any time by deleting the app

8 Children's Privacy

Seeble is not intended for children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us immediately.

Your data may be processed on servers located outside your country of residence. By using Seeble, you consent to the transfer of your data to our service providers' servers, which maintain appropriate data protection standards.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this document. Your continued use of the app after changes constitute acceptance of the updated policy.
