Genixis ("we", "our", or "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information when you use the Genixis mobile application.

2.1 Information You Provide

• Email address — used for account creation and authentication
• Name — used for your profile and personalization
• Phone number — used for your profile (optional)
• Profile photo — uploaded by you to personalize your account

2.2 Information We Process During App Use

• Palm image — captured locally on your device when using the Palm Reading feature. This image is processed temporarily to generate a reading and is NOT stored on our servers.
• Chat messages — messages you send in the AI Chat feature are processed by our AI provider (OpenAI) to generate responses. Messages are not stored permanently beyond the current session.
• Astrological preferences — your zodiac sign, birth date, and compatibility preferences used to generate readings.
• Soul mate preferences — gender, age range, and ethnic background preferences used to generate your soul mate image.

2.3 Automatically Collected Information

• App usage data — which features you use, to improve the app experience.
• Device information — operating system version and device type, for compatibility purposes.

We use the following third-party services to operate the app:

4.1 Supabase

We use Supabase (supabase.com) as our backend database and storage provider. Your profile data (email, name, phone, profile photo) is stored securely on Supabase servers.

4.2 OpenAI

We use OpenAI (openai.com) to power our AI Chat feature and Palm Reading analysis. Messages sent to the AI Chat and palm reading requests are processed by OpenAI's servers.

• We do not use your data to train OpenAI models (zero data retention policy applies).

5 Data Storage and Security

• Your profile data is stored on Supabase servers with encryption in transit (TLS/HTTPS).
• Palm reading images are processed temporarily and are NOT stored on any server.
• Chat messages are sent to OpenAI for processing and are not permanently stored by us.
• We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your data.

• Correct inaccurate data through the Edit Profile screen
• Delete your account and all associated data through the "Delete My Account" option in the app
• Withdraw consent at any time by deleting the app

8 Children's Privacy

Genixis is not intended for children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us immediately.

9 AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

Your data may be processed on servers located outside your country of residence. By using Genixis, you consent to the transfer of your data to our service providers' servers, which maintain appropriate data protection standards.
